How do I access my program after enrolling?

After completing your secure enrollment, you will receive an email with your login credentials and access link within minutes. Check your inbox (and spam folder) for an email from support@proverbsprofits.us. If you do not receive it within 30 minutes, please contact our support team.
How do I request a refund under the 60-day guarantee?

Simply email support@proverbsprofits.us with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your name and the email address used during enrollment. We will process your full refund within 3–5 business days. No questions asked, no complicated process.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

Use the password reset link on the login page, or email us at support@proverbsprofits.us with your enrollment email address and we will manually reset your access and send you new login details within one business day.
Can I access the program on my phone or tablet?

Yes — Proverbs Profits is fully accessible on any device with an internet connection, including smartphones, tablets, laptops, and desktop computers. You can learn at your own pace from anywhere.
I was charged but never received access. What do I do?

Please email support@proverbsprofits.us immediately with your name, email address, and the last 4 digits of the payment method used. We will verify your enrollment and restore access within one business day. Please also check your spam or promotions folder first.
How do I join the members community?

Access to the members-only community is included with your enrollment. You will find the community access link inside your program dashboard after logging in. If you have trouble locating it, email us and we will guide you directly.
